Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://360exoticrentals.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Service Description. This Site describes Party Rentals, Event Rentals, Party Equipment Rentals, Birthday Party Rentals, Backyard Party Rentals provided by 360 Exotic Rentals. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. 360 Exotic Rentals (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination. 360 Exotic Rentals may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. 360 Exotic Rentals does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will 360 Exotic Rentals's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold 360 Exotic Rentals harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
